Patsy Merritt studied Accounting and International Business and is a certified CPA and CFO. Merritt worked as a CPA at Arthur Young, a Big 8 Accounting firm prior to joining Campus Management.

At Campus Management, Patsy is the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all the accounting and day-to-day financial operations for all the projects under the company. Patsy’s responsibilities include standardizing accounting practices, procedures and controls;
working with the development and acquisition teams to ensure construction in progress is accurately billed and recorded and tax implications are understood; ensuring accurate and timely monthly financial reporting and managing Construction Accountants and provides guidance related to construction accounting and ensure accuracy and reporting of financial statement information.
Patsy also works with independent auditors, manages special projects and oversees, monitors, and adheres to department’s budget, goals, and schedules.

As a supportive wife and mother of three, Merritt is extremely involved in helping to improve the lives of those in need – both locally and overseas, and has strong ties to her Jamaican Chinese roots. Her interests include reading, lively discussions, enjoying nature, and an ongoing attempt to exercise regularly, meditate, and learn to play bridge.
