From August 2008 to present, Kevin Blakey consults with Campus Management on numerous projects including rehabilitation of a 100+ year old 4 story brick and stone building (approx. 90 units) from section 8 to high end Condominium in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kevin was able to redesign the plans to meet City Development Agreement criteria, renegotiate construction loan with the Lender and awarded Subcontracts through completion and closeout. Kevin also consulted on a 5-story, approx. 90,000sf office building with a complete gut and rehab also in Cincinnati, which is now The EDGE.

Between 2013 to 2018, Kevin was the Director of Construction for Miami-based company, The Allen Morris Company, overseeing multiple mixed-use projects ranging from $55mm to $120mm. He interfaced with Legal/Lender and Joint Venture partners while overseeing Design Development, Proforma Budget, Contract creation and negotiation including design team, General Contractor and multiple direct Consultants. Kevin administered Contracts and oversee Construction through completion and close out with Lender(s), Contractor(s), Consultants and Civil Authorities.
